Quick check: dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.

iPhoneXR, XS and every model since (incl. SE 2nd gen+). Must be carrier-unlocked.
Google PixelPixel 3 and newer (Pixel 3a from select regions).
